Cancellation Policy

Clients will be in charge of their own bookings and rescheduling through the website. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. No-shows will not be refunded. I reserve the right to cancel a meeting (potentially without refund) if I deem the client's space is not safe or conducive to a video chat. Clients are responsible for their own technology, please test and make sure video and mics are working before the meeting. One technology-related reschedule will be available. Refunds on unused bookings is possible.
